Alle genoemde prijzen op de website “hotelbotticelli.com” en alle gedrukte uitgaven en advertenties van HEPE B.V. zijn exclusief verblijfsheffing en eventuele toeslagen.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Annuleringsvoorwaarden verschillen per boeking. Wij hanteren onze eigen annuleringsvoorwaarden.  Uw kamerreservering is tot 18.00 uur op de dag van aankomst gegarandeerd. Als u later arriveert, adviseren wij u dit tijdig door te geven aan de hotelreceptie. Annuleringen dienen altijd schriftelijk (per e-mail) of via uw inlogaccount van ons online boekingssysteem aan ons te worden bevestigd. * de reserveringswaarde = bevestigde prijs vermenigvuldigd met het aantal gereserveerde nachten.

Aanvullende voorwaarden en huisregels

Aanwijzingen van medewerkers van het hotel dienen te allen tijde te worden opgevolgd. Het gehele hotel, bestaande uit kamers, faciliteiten en terrein, is rookvrij. Indien wij constateren dat er toch gerookt wordt, zijn wij genoodzaakt hiervoor kosten in rekening te brengen. De kosten hiervan bedragen €500,-. Als het brandalarm afgaat door roken op de kamer, zullen wij de voorrijkosten van de brandweer doorbelasten. Het is op het hotelterrein niet toegestaan om op hout of elektrisch te barbecueën, of open vuur te stoken

Het hotel is huisdiervrij.

Het is niet toegestaan om met niet geregistreerde personen op de kamer te verblijven. Bezoekers zijn alleen toegestaan met voorafgaande goedkeuring van het management van het hotel.

Tussen 22.00-08.00 uur dient het stil te zijn in en om het hotel.

In en rond het hotel is camerabewaking aanwezig om de veiligheid te waarborgen. Eenieder die zich in het hotel bevindt, stemt toe in het maken van opnames. Bij calamiteiten en/of incidenten kunnen deze opnamen als ondersteunend materiaal getoond worden aan de autoriteiten. Het hotel heeft het recht om in en rond het hotel foto’s en video’s te maken ten behoeve van marketingdoeleinden (waaronder publicatie en/of weergave op internet). Eenieder die zich in het hotel bevindt, stemt toe in het maken van opnamen en publicatie, zelfs indien hij/zij daarop (gedeeltelijk) herkenbaar is.

Bij inchecken in het hotel kan er om een geldig legitimatiebewijs gevraagd worden.

De inchecktijd is tussen 15.00-20.00 uur, en de uitchecktijd is tot 11.00 uur, tenzij vooraf anders overeengekomen.

In alle gevallen waarin de algemene en aanvullende voorwaarden en/of huisregels niet voorzien, beslist het management van het hotel.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions differ per booking. We apply our own cancellation conditions. Your room reservation is guaranteed until 6pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we advise you to inform the hotel reception in time. Cancellations must always be confirmed to us in writing (by e-mail) or via your login account of our online booking system. * the reservation value = confirmed price multiplied by the number of nights reserved.

Additional conditions and house rules

Instructions from hotel staff must be followed at all times. The entire hotel, consisting of rooms, facilities and grounds, is non-smoking. If we find that people are still smoking, we are obliged to charge a fee. The charge will be €500. If the fire alarm goes off due to smoking in the room, we will pass on the fire brigade's call-out charges. Wood or electric barbecues or open fires are not permitted on the hotel grounds.

The hotel is pet-free. 

It is not allowed to stay in the room with unregistered persons. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the hotel management. 

There must be silence in and around the hotel between 22:00-08:00. 

Camera surveillance is present in and around the hotel to ensure security. Anyone in the hotel consents to recordings being made. In the event of calamities and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to the authorities as supporting material. The hotel has the right to take photographs and videos in and around the hotel for marketing purposes (including publication and/or display on the internet). Any person in the hotel consents to the taking of pictures and publication, even if he/she is (partially) recognisable in them. 

When checking in at the hotel, a valid ID may be requested.



Check-in time is between 15:00-20:00, and check-out time is until 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

In all cases not provided for in the general and additional conditions and/or house rules, the hotel management will decide.
